6. Age Verification for Alcohol. By purchasing any alcohol or alcohol-containing product, you affirm that: you are 21 years of age or older; the recipient is 21 years of age or older; the purchase is for personal consumption or a lawful gift; and delivery of alcohol is lawful in the destination state. A signature from a person 21+ with valid ID is required upon delivery of alcohol.

7. Billing & Account Information. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

8. Optional Tools & Third-Party Links. Any third-party tools are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our store or for transactions made on them. Some orders are fulfilled and shipped by partner brands; those shipments remain subject to these Terms.

9. User Submissions. If you send us comments, ideas, or suggestions, we may use them without restriction, compensation, or obligation of confidentiality.

In states that do not allow such limitations, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Drink responsibly. Never drink and drive. Fun Drinkers products are intended for adults 21+ and Fun Drinkers is not liable for misuse of any product.

14. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fun Drinkers and its affiliates from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.

15. Severability. If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

16. Termination. These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. We may terminate at any time if we suspect you have failed to comply with any term.

17. Entire Agreement. These Terms and any posted policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Fun Drinkers.

18. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona.

19. Changes to Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of changes.
